Rocky Run recognizes students with "Ram Pride" and "Ram Strength" Awards

Rocky Run Principal, Dr. Amy Goodloe and Asst. Principal, Mr. Dallas Washington recognized Rocky Run 7th and 8th grade students for their outstanding performance during the 3rd quarter.

Students are recommended for the "Ram Pride" award by their team. This award specifically recognizes students for the following characteristics:

Trustworthiness - demonstrates integrity, honesty, loyalty and reliablity.

Respect - lives by the Golden Rules, respects the dignity, privacy and    
    freedom of others, is courteous and polite to all and is tolerant and
    accepting of differences.

Responsibility - meets the demands of duty, is accountable, pursues
    excellence and exercises self-control.

Fairness - looks for ways to be fair and just, is impartial, listens and is open    
    to differing viewpoints.

Caring - looks for ways to be caring, compassionate, kind, loving
    considerate, and charitable.

Citizenship - good citizen, does his or her share, helps the community, and
    plays by the rules, and respects authority and law.

The Physical Education Department recommends students for the "Ram Strength" award. This award is based on the student's physical achievement/character and is based on the following attributes: Great improvement in a specific skill or topic, excellent role model, demonstrates character, helpful to others and involvement in recreational activities outside of school.
