CORE TOOLS FOR VIRTUAL LEARNING
FCPS 24-7 Learning: Blackboard
FCPS 24-7 Learning provides parents access to available courses the student is enrolled in, Naviance Student to view College and Academic Career Planning (for Middle and High school students), weCare@school to view and update Emergency Care information, and Bus Stop Information via the Bus Stop module. Parents and students login using the same credentials as logging in to SIS.
Blackboard Collaborate Ultra
Blackboard Collaborate is a real-time video conferencing tool that lets you add files, share applications, and use a virtual whiteboard to interact. Collaborate with the Ultra experience opens right in your browser, so you don't have to install any software to join a session. Students are added to sessions by their teacher and secure links are emailed to their @fcpsschools.net email address.
Use RRMS Course Scheduler to manage you class links. (link coming soon)
FCPS Google Suite for Education
G Suite for Education
G Suite for Education is a Google platform designed specifically with education in mind. While it is based on many of the popular Google functions available to consumers, it provides a controlled environment in which school systems can manage the collaborative environment for students. FCPS students, faculty, and staff can communicate, store files and collaborate on documents, spreadsheets and presentations. Collaboration can occur in real-time, all within a secure FCPS-managed online environment. The use of these tools provides an approved alternative to consumer Google accounts. G Suite for Education includes the following apps for students: Calendar, Classroom, Contacts, Draw, Drive, Docs, Keep, Forms, Mail, Sheets, Slides, Sites, and Tasks.

Google Meet opens right in your browser, so you don't have to install any software to join a session. The link for Google Meet will always be found in Google Classroom.
