Summer Math Preparation

We are excited to share two new Google sites that have been created to help your student prepare for Math 7 Honors or Algebra 1 over the summer.

The sites have been created by Rocky Run teachers and are focused on maximizing your student’s math success this fall. They are self-paced with many opportunities to practice built in.

Please note that use of these sites is completely optional, and that none of the work will be collected or graded. We are providing these as a resource for you and your student to use in the way that best fits your family’s needs. Also note that your student will need to be signed in to their FCPS Google accounts in order to access these sites.

In addition, all rising 8^th graders still have access to their Mathspace accounts through about August 1. They will still see that they are assigned to their current class from this year and will have access to textbooks at grade level and one grade level above and below. Students may continue to work on their Skills Check-ins and personalized practice path.
